HEAL Outreach was founded in 2021 by Daniel and Tiffany Chareunsab, a couple who experienced God's transforming power in their own lives. Daniel grew up in the system and did 10 years in prison. After being released he struggled with addictions and PTSD. Tiffany struggled with addiction and the concept of God because of past hurt from people of the church.
But then they met Jesus both in a different but personal way. They remembered the gospel message of God's love, grace, and forgiveness that they had been taught as kids. They surrendered their lives to Him and received His salvation. They also received His healing and restoration. They learned how to apply God's truth to their lives and how to overcome their issues by His strength. They also learned how to forgive themselves and others, and how to love God and others.
They were so amazed by what God did in their lives that they wanted to share it with others. They felt called to start a ministry that would help people who are going through similar struggles. They wanted to offer hope, encouragement, accountability, and love to those who need it most.
That's how HEAL Outreach Inc was born. Since then, the ministry has grown and expanded to serve hundreds of people in the community and beyond. HEAL Outreach Inc offers individual and group counseling sessions, online courses and resources, workshops and seminars, retreats and events, and more. All of these services are based on biblical principles and are led by those who have a heart for helping people.
The goal of HEAL Outreach Inc is to help people find freedom and healing in Christ. Freedom from the bondage of sin and the lies of the enemy. Healing from the wounds of the past and the hurts of the present. Freedom and healing that lead to a new life in Christ. A life that is abundant, joyful, peaceful, and purposeful.
1. Psalm 34:18 - "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.” HEAL Outreach recognizes the broken state of individuals and understands the importance of God's presence in their healing journey.

Isaiah 61:1 - "The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor; he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound” This verse encapsulates the very essence of HEAL Outreach's mission to bring hope and freedom to those imprisoned by their past experiences.
